About Escape 66
Meet the owner
Hi, I’m Sarah Brady, founder of Escape 66, a mobile escape room and team-building experience located along Historic Route 66 in Kingman, Arizona. After more than a decade leading high-performing teams in the healthcare industry, I decided to blend my love for strategic problem-solving, team dynamics, and fun into something truly unique.
With over 12 years of experience managing large, diverse teams in fast-paced clinical environments, I’ve seen firsthand the power of connection, communication, and understanding within a workplace. I hold an MBA and a Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership (MAOL), in addition to being a Registered Nurse (RN). My professional journey has taught me that successful teams aren’t just built on skill—they thrive when every member feels seen, understood, and empowered.
That’s why Escape 66 goes beyond the typical escape room. I incorporate DISC and Enneagram personality assessments into our sessions to help teams—from student councils to executives—deepen their awareness of individual strengths and communication styles. I believe the key to any great team is knowing how each person is wired, using that knowledge to maximize performance and engage each individual intentionally to bring out their best!
